Before Lake Havasu City became home, founder Robert Askey spent over 15 years building one of San Diego's most respected grading and demolition companies. Based out of Santee and El Cajon, Accurate Grading & Demolition took on complex earthwork, paving, stone setting, and structural projects across Southern California. Bob earned his reputation the hard way -- one project at a time, one handshake at a time.

In 2019, Bob and his wife Ali started making the move to Lake Havasu City. After two and a half years of running back and forth between San Diego and Arizona, they made it permanent. The California operation? Handed off to their son Kameron, who runs it to this day.

Bob founded Havasu Pavers & Grading Services in 2021. The ROC license was issued January 14, 2022. His son Kyle joined the operation in Havasu, making this a true multi-generational family business spanning two states.
